Connecting with students at the University of Kufa
A student engagement booth was organized at the University of Kufa – College of Medicine to introduce medical students to KUFASCO and highlight opportunities to become involved in future oncology-related activities.
The booth provided students with information on how to join KUFASCO, participate as volunteers, and contribute to upcoming educational, research, awareness, and cancer-related initiatives. Our team interacted directly with students, answered their questions, and encouraged them to take an active role in future activities.
A raffle for participating students
To make the experience more interactive and enjoyable, the team also organized a raffle (قرعة) for participating students, distributing gifts and prizes to the winners.
Outcome
The activity created an engaging environment for connecting with students, expanding the KUFASCO volunteer network, and encouraging greater student participation in oncology education, research, and community awareness.
